EXECUTION

Month 4. Lead source mix, data, nurturing and qualification criteria.

Month 5. Customer life-cycle journey mapping, including lead generation, on-boarding, cross-sell, up-sell and renewal/churn.

Month 6. Digital strategy and technology review. Metrics in use and flexibility of approach to enable a swift response to change.
